How We Store Personal Information
Your personal information is stored securely with our website provider, our payment provider, and / or our cloud services provider. Access to your personal information is restricted to senior members of Black Boar, who are responsible for facilitating and maintaining our administrative operations.
Medical information and details of your next of kin are stored on paper forms, which we ask you to fill out and keep on your person when attending classes and / or events. We do not store this information ourselves and will only access it in the event of an unforeseen medical emergency.

Photography and Video
We use photographs and videos taken during classes and / or events to promote Black Boar. If you choose to attend any of our classes and / or events, your photograph may be taken and / or you may be filmed. We do this as it is in our legitimate interest.
If you do not wish to have your photograph taken and / or be filmed during a class and / or event, you must make this known to the instructor / teacher, and remove yourself from the area when photography / video capture is taking place.
Before we use any photographic / video material you are featured in for promotional purposes, we will verbally ask for your consent to do so. If you change your mind and wish to request that photographic and / or video media of you is removed from our promotional materials, please email: info@blackboarswordarts.com
All photographic and video media material will belong to the person who captured them, as per UK copyright law.
