Your personal information is stored securely with our email provider, our payment provider(s) and our website provider. Access to your personal information is restricted to senior members of Black Boar, and members who maintain our website and facilitate communication activities.

Medical information and details of your next of kin are stored on paper forms, which we ask you to fill out and keep on your person when attending classes and / or events. We do not store this information ourselves and will only access it in the event of an unforeseen medical emergency.
