How We Store Personal Information
Your personal information is stored securely with our website provider, our payment provider, and / or our cloud services provider. Access to your personal information is restricted to senior members of Black Boar, who are responsible for facilitating and maintaining our administrative operations.
Medical information and details of your next of kin are stored on paper forms, which we ask you to fill out and keep on your person when attending classes and / or events. We do not store this information ourselves and will only access it in the event of an unforeseen medical emergency.

Photography and Video
We use photographs and videos taken during classes and / or events to promote Black Boar. If you choose to attend any of our classes and / or events, you give your consent to have your photograph taken, and to be filmed. You also give your consent for these materials to be used by us for promotional purposes.
All photographic and video media material will belong to the person who captured them, as per UK copyright law.
